About me

I am a musician, conductor and educator based in the UK, with a background in choral singing, youth work and teaching. I lead choirs, run workshops and love finding ways to get people singing together, whatever their experience or confidence. I thrive on variety, get up to speed quickly, and enjoy moving between creative and practical tasks, teaching myself new skills as I go.

Originally from Belgium, I have spent the last ten (!) years in the UK, and along the way I have developed many facets to my identity and interests – hence the chameleon! That mix of perspectives shapes how I work: I care about making music welcoming and accessible, and about building communities where everyone has a place to take part.

Alongside my musical work, I enjoy producing and discussing evidence-based insight on inclusion, cultural participation and education policy. I have volunteered across a range of sectors and worn many hats, from social media manager to facilitator and secretary.
